Antonio C. S. Chen, director-general
of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in Chicago, visited
the Twin Cities on February 19, 2002. He hosted a reception for
29 representatives from various Taiwan-related organizations, including
Shr-Wei Chen (left), president of University of Minnesota Taiwan
Student Association and John Ko, Chi-Ming Tseng, Ching-Chang Ko,
and Tsan-Kuo Chang of the Taiwanese Association of America-Minnesota
Chapter as well as Vincent Wang (right) of Formosan Association
for Public Affairs.
