Fu-Mei Chang (right in the left picture), minister of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission, Taiwan, visited the Twin Cities on April 16 and 17, 2003. She was accompanied by Antonio C. S. Chen, director-general of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in Chicago. They met with members of TAAMN, University of Minnesota Taiwan Student Association and other Taiwan-related organizations at a welcome tea party hosted by TAAMN and co-hosted by TSA on April 16.
