Thomas Cheng, director-general
of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in Chicago, and other
officials visited the Twin Cities between March 3 and 5, 2004. He
hosted a dinner reception for representatives and individuals from
various Taiwan-related organizations, including TAAMN and University
of Minnesota Taiwan Student Association. TECO officials present
at the reception were Deputy Director-General Paul Wang, Director
Kuei-Jung Huang, Director Peng-Kuen Chiang, Director Vicky Chuang,
Deputy Director Mike Lin, and Senior Assistant Paul Chen. Director
Shane Wu and Senior Assistant Sophie Chou left before the dinner.
