and Cultural Office (TECO) in Chicago, hosted a dinner reception on March
3, 2004 for officials and legislative representatives of the State of Minnesota.
Attending the reception were Mary Kiffmeyer, secretary of state; Mee Moua,
senate majority whip; Matt Kramer, commissioner of Department of Employment
and Economic Development; Tony Lorusso, director of Minnedota Trade Office;
Lyndon R. Carlson, state representative; Linda Berglin, state senator; and
Sandra Pappas, state senator. TECO officials included Deputy Director-General
Paul Wang, Director Kuei-Jung Huang, Director Peng-Kuen Chiang, Director
