Nineteen
members from TAAMN and TSA went to the Ronald McDonald House near the University
of Minnesota Medical Center on Tuesday, February 8, 2005, to serve a Lunar
New Year's Eve dinner for all residents at the House, including the Chang
family. This is part of the RHM's Cook for Kids program. Led by |
Jenn-Feng Yan, president of TAAMN, and Susan
Sun, president of TSA, the group of volunteers prepared several delicious
courses and performed some
light entertainment, such as lion dance, Taiwanese yo-yo and traditional
Taiwanese music. Yan also handed out "red envelopes" to children
at the House. |
